Stolthaven Dagenham is part of the global Stolt-Nielsen Group, a leading provider of bulk liquid storage and distribution services. The Dagenham terminal, located on the River Thames, plays a vital role in supporting the import and export of chemicals and industrial products. As part of a major infrastructure investment, Stolthaven embarked on the construction of a new pier — a complex and high-value project requiring precise documentation for operational monitoring, security, and marketing purposes.

Time-Lapse Solutions was commissioned to design and install a system capable of delivering continuous, high-quality video coverage of the construction. To achieve full site visibility, we installed a camera on a 40-metre security tower overlooking the entire pier and surrounding works.

The system provided live video streaming to Stolthaven’s management and security teams, allowing them to monitor progress and site activity in real time. Footage was securely recorded and stored in the cloud, ensuring reliable access and full video records were retained for a year after completion.
