HBS Contractors are a leading UK construction company delivering high-quality residential and commercial projects across London and the South East. Known for their craftsmanship and attention to detail, HBS are currently constructing a prestigious new residential development in Primrose Hill, one of London’s most sought-after locations.

Given the high-profile nature of the project, HBS needed a way to monitor site progress remotely from their head office, while also allowing investors from around the world to see how their investment was developing. Time-Lapse Solutions provided a flexible, high-quality system to meet these needs.

Because of the tight city-centre location, the best vantage point for filming was from the top of a 60-metre crane — providing a truly stunning view of the entire site. Our team safely rigged a camera at this height, capturing an impressive perspective that not only supports remote monitoring but will form the centrepiece of the final marketing film showing the full build from start to finish.

Initially powered by solar due to limited site power, the system was later seamlessly transitioned to mains — demonstrating the flexibility and reliability of Solutions’ technology throughout every phase of construction.
