KT Residential are a small independent owner run Property Management company specialising in residential property management & lettings in and around the KT postcode area. In particular they specialise in student accommodation. It may not be the most glamourous of businesses, but it supports young people often entering the property market for the first time and it is incredibly successful. They needed a clear website that allowed them to market their properties to their very specific audience on their own website and to feed all the well-known property portals and social media sites. Of course, as a small business they had a limited budget. However, they came to Solutions because of their real estate expertise and our wide knowledge of the sector. Solutions listened to their requirements, understood their budget and recommended a WordPress site with a specialist real estate plugin. Importantly there were little upfront cost, and the plan was that the site could be developed as the business grew. Their essential requirement was that content entered on the website would automatically be uploaded to the property portals was met on day one. Now many years later the site has been updated many times and continues to support this great business. And the client is, of course, delighted with it and the long-term support from Solutions.
