Baxter Healthcare is a global leader in medical technology, providing essential products and therapies that help patients with complex and critical conditions. As part of a major expansion at their Thetford facility, Baxter significantly increased production capacity to meet growing global demand. Given the scale and strategic importance of the project, the company needed a robust solution to monitor progress, support site management, and provide real-time visibility for senior leadership in the USA.

Time-Lapse Solutions worked closely with Baxter’s IT and project management teams to design and install a comprehensive monitoring system across the vast site. We deployed 13 high-definition cameras, strategically positioned to capture every area of the development, providing both live oversight and detailed progress records.

To ensure secure and reliable connectivity, we installed a dedicated Starlink satellite internet link. This provided the high bandwidth needed to stream and store footage, while meeting Baxter’s strict global data security and privacy standards.

The system has allowed Baxter’s UK and US teams to stay fully informed at every stage of construction, enhancing communication, decision-making, and reporting. This project demonstrates the flexibility, scale, and technical expertise that Time-Lapse Solutions brings to complex, high-security environments.
