Job Title: Sales Support Specialist
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Location: GU5 9BH (Office-Based)
Salary: £22,000 (£26,000 very achievable with bonuses)
Bonus: Quarterly bonus based on sales performance of the team.

Duties:
- Respond to sales enquiries and send out quotations.
- Address questions from prospective and existing customers.
- Track orders and process customer sales.
- Maintain and update CRM with all interactions.
- Make follow-up contact to inform customers about new or improved products.
Skills:
- Experience in a sales environment preferred but not essential.
- Strong customer service skills, being likable, positive, and helpful.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Computer literate, ideally CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Organisational skills for process management and improvement.
- Ability to commute to our office in GU5 9BH.
